Yangon – Bagan – Mandalay – Yangon

Day 01:Yangon

Welcome at Yangon International Airport. Welcome by your experienced guide at the airport and transfer to hotel. Afternoon, free at leisure. Evening visit the majestic Shwedagon Pagoda. Overnight in Yangon.

Day 02:Yangon – Bagan

Breakfast at Hotel. Transfer to Yangon Airport for early morning flight to Bagan (80 minutes). On arrival at Nyaung Oo Airport, transfer to hotel for refreshment. After refreshment, start to visit in Bagan including colourful Nyaung Oo Local Market, Shwezigon Pagoda, Wetkyi-in Gubyaukkyi (a cave temple with exquisite jatakas murals paintings) and the elegant Htilominlo Temple (noted for its plaster carvings) and Tharaba Gate. In the afternoon, visit Ananda (an architectural masterpiece of the early-style temple), Ananda Okkyaung (one of the few surviving brick monasteries from the early Bagan period), Thatbyinnyu (the highest in Bagan, rising to 61 m) and Dhammayangyi Temple (noted for its finest brickwork). Enjoy sunset at one of the most famous temples in Bagan. Overnight in Bagan.

Day 03:Bagan

After breakfast at the hotel, proceed to Myinkaba village and observe the process of traditional lacquer-ware, one of the best-known Myanmar handricrafts and a speciality of Bagan. Visit Myinkaba Gubyaukkyi (an early period Pyu-style temple of Hindu influence). Next stop at Manuha and Nanpaya temples. In the afternoon, enjoy an excursion to the countryside village of Minnanthu. A visit to some of the most interesting temples such as Payathonzu, Lemyethnar, Sinbyushin, Nandaminnya and Minnanthu monastery. Enjoy sunset by boat along the Ayeyarwaddy River. Overnight in Bagan.

Day 04: Bagan – Mandalay – Amarapura - Mandalay

After breakfast at hotel, transfer to Nyaung Oo Airport for the flight to Mandalay (30 minutes). On arrival, transfer to Hotel. On the way visit Maha Gandayone monastery where we can observe the life of more than 1000 monks, a traditional Silk and Cotton Weaving workshops, U Bein Bridge (the world’s longest Teakwood Bridge,1208 meters long) in Amarapura, Afternoon Mandalay sightseeing includes Mahamuni Buddha Image (one of the most venerable statue of Buddha covered with gold leaf), local artisan’s workshops of gold leaf making, woodcarving and marble carving, Shwenandaw Monastery (Golden Palace Monastery, noted for its exquisite woodcarving), Atumashi Monastery (the incomparable Monastery) and Kuthodaw Pagoda with its 729 marble stone slabs of Buddhist scriptures (known as the world’s biggest book). Enjoy the sunset from Mandalay Hill where we can admire the beauty of Mandalay city, Shan plateau etc. Overnight in Mandalay.

Day 05: Mandalay – Yangon

In the morning breakfast at hotel, transfer to Mandalay Airport for the flight to Yangon. On arrival, transfer to hotel. Afternoon, visit Sule Pagoda which is the landmark of the city, shopping at Bogyok Aung San (Scott) Market. Continue to visit Botataung Pagoda, China town and the fruit market. Overnight in Yangon

Day 06:Yangon

Morning visits Chaukhtatkyi Reclining Buddha and Karaweik Royal Barge (a royal floating barge on the Kandawgyi Royal Lake, for photo stop). Transfer to Yangon Airport for departure.
